Fatigue & Energy Levels Blood Test
Feeling constantly tired or run down? This Fatigue and Energy Levels Blood Test could help to uncover the treatable causes behind your low energy.
The blood tests assess key markers linked to energy production, iron and vitamin status, blood sugar control, inflammation and thyroid function. Together, these results can help identify common contributors to fatigue, such as nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalance or metabolic changes, and support informed discussions about how best to improve energy levels and overall wellbeing.

These blood tests assess bone health and detect any conditions affecting your bones. They measure the levels of calcium, phosphate, alkaline phosphate and vitamin D to evaluate the condition of your bones.
The Folate (Serum) blood test measures the levels of folate (vitamin B9) circulating in your bloodstream to assess nutritional status and help diagnose certain types of anaemia. Folate is essential for DNA synthesis, red blood cell formation and proper cell division.
The Cortisol blood test measures the level of cortisol in your body, which is a steroid hormone produced by the adrenal glands that helps to regulate your metabolism, blood pressure, immune response and stress reaction. Your cortisol levels naturally fluctuate throughout the day, typically peaking in the early morning and falling at night.
Ferritin is a protein that stores iron in your body. This blood test helps to determine whether you have too little iron, which can lead to iron deficiency or iron deficiency anaemia. Low ferritin levels are often accompanied by symptoms of fatigue, weakness, hair thinning, shortness of breath or pale skin.
This blood test measures the level of holotranscobalamin, the form of vitamin B12 that is available for your body's cells to use. It helps to determine if you have a B12 deficiency.
The CRP blood test measures the levels of CRP, a protein produced by the liver in response to inflammation in the body. CRP levels rise rapidly when there is acute inflammation, infection or tissue injury, making this test a useful marker of inflammatory activity.
The Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) Blood Test helps to indicate whether your thyroid is overactive (hyperthyroidism) or underachieve (hypothyroidism).
This blood test measures the level of free thyroxine (FT4) in your bloodstream. This is a key hormone, produced in the thyroid gland, that regulates metabolism, energy levels and overall hormonal balance.
This blood test measures the average blood sugar levels in your blood to get a clear picture of how well your body is managing glucose.
A Full Blood Count Blood Test is a way to look at the health of your blood cells, by looking at the size, shape and volume of platelets in your blood. Platelets are what causes your blood to clot.
