Coronavirus Health Information Over the past few months we, as a society, have had to get used to new ways of meeting, working and spending time together.

It is more important than ever that we act responsibly and continue to help one another as the pandemic and social restrictions ease. Ultrasound Direct remain open and operational, but with continued additional safety measures in place. We believe it is essential to carry on supporting you in your healthcare needs whilst help alleviate possible stresses on other health services.

While the pandemic and restrictions continue to ease, we remain very vigilant about the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and will continue to implement public health and government advice, which we continue to take very seriously. While there is currently no scientific evidence to suggest an additional risk to your pregnancy from COVID-19, we will maintain increased and stringent cleaning processes throughout all our clinic locations, ensuring you are not put at any additional risk by attending your appointment. In addition, as form Friday 24th of July 2020, we will also require that you and you +1 guest (your +1 guest cannot be a child) must attend your appointment in a face mask or face covering in line with the latest guidance for public and healthcare settings.

To help us maintain a safe environment, for you, other clients, and our staff, we will also continue to ask that you wash your hands or use alcohol hand sanitiser when you arrive at our clinics, and if you or someone else in your household has any symptoms of COVID-19: please do not come to your appointment. Instead we ask that you stay at home, follow the NHS advice on Coronavirus, and call us to discuss rearranging your appointment for a later date.

Should you need to enter self-isolation and not be able to attend your appointment with us: we completely understand and can move your appointment to another day or provide a full refund at any time up until the time of your scan. We only ask that you help us by giving us as much notice as possible of any changes you need.
